Elk Grove Soccer’s TOPSoccer Program provides children, teens, and young adults with intellectual, emotional, and physical disabilities the opportunity to enjoy the game of soccer in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Led by trained Elk Grove Soccer coaches and dedicated volunteer buddies, each session is designed to meet the individual needs and abilities of every participant. The program focuses on developing soccer skills, building confidence, encouraging teamwork, fostering friendships, and most importantly, ensuring every player has fun while experiencing the joy of the game.
Whether a player is new to soccer or has previous experience, TOPSoccer offers a positive environment where every participant can learn, grow, and succeed at their own pace. No previous soccer experience is required—everyone is welcome.

“TOPSoccer has been an incredible experience for our family. From the very first session, the coaches and volunteer buddies made our daughter feel welcomed, supported, and excited to participate. We’ve watched her confidence grow each week—not just on the soccer field, but in everyday life. The smiles, encouragement, and genuine care shown by everyone at Elk Grove Soccer have made this one of the highlights of her week. We couldn’t be more grateful for such an inclusive and positive program.”
